Abstract

This community service activity aims to improve the social welfare of residents of Lubuk Tanah Terban Hamlet
through the use of digital technology through the village website. The main problems faced by partners are low access to public
information, low transparency of social services, and minimal community involvement in the development process. Through
this program, the community service team designed and created a village website as a medium for information, administrative
services, and a means of social communication between the hamlet government and the community. This activity also includes
training for village officials and residents regarding website content management. The results of the activity showed an increase
in digital understanding and openness of community information which has an impact on better social participation. This village
website is expected to be a digital foundation in encouraging digital-based village development
