Abstract

Employee information and data are vital components in the operations of a company. Therefore, a
technological solution is needed to assist companies in efficiently managing and presenting such data. This study aims
to develop an Android application that contains comprehensive information related to employee data, including
profiles, job details, and received benefits. The development process uses the CRUD method, consisting of four main
stages: Create, Read, Update, and Delete. The application was developed using Android Studio as the primary
development environment. The final result of this development is an application that can be used to effectively display
