Abstract

The advancement of information technology has significantly enhanced the efficiency of data management, particularly
in the fields of education and official document administration such as certificates. This study aims to design and develop a
certificate data management application based on Android and Web platforms, integrated in real time. The application utilizes
Firebase as the main backend service, offering user authentication, cloud storage, and serverless database management. On the
frontend, TypeScript, ReactJS, and React Native are employed to ensure the application is stable, scalable, and accessible across
multiple platforms. To build a responsive and user-friendly interface, HTML (HyperText Markup Language) and CSS (Cascading
Style Sheets) are also used. HTML provides the structural layout of the interface, while CSS enhances the visual design through
styling elements such as colors, spacing, and layout responsiveness. The integration of these technologies results in an efficient
and secure digital certificate management system that supports real-time data processing.Testing results indicate that the application
performs optimally across various devices, simplifying certificate data entry, search, and retrieval processes. It also improves
administrative efficiency by up to 60% and receives positive feedback from users in terms of usability and accessibility. Therefore,
this application is considered highly applicable for implementation in educational institutions and training organizations
