Abstract

This abstract provides a brief summary of the research on the development of a web-based library book
lending system. This research focuses on the main problems found in manual library management, namely
inefficiency and the potential for errors in book circulation records. The proposed solution is the implementation of
a web-based information system aimed at improving the effectiveness and efficiency in managing book lending and
return data, as well as library collection documentation. Preliminary results indicate that the designed system is
capable of generating computerized, faster, and more accurate library management circulation information. This
